About the role
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking an energetic leader to head its In‑Room Dining team. As a Room Service Supervisor you will champion a culture of excellence, guiding a talented crew to deliver personalized, high‑quality in‑room dining experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily In‑Room Dining operations, training, coaching and motivating staff while upholding Four Seasons service standards.
- Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the kitchen, verify order accuracy and ensure timely, polished delivery.
- Maintain a pristine, well‑organized service area, meeting luxury hospitality cleanliness and efficiency expectations.
- Oversee amenity and guest request fulfillment, monitor service recovery opportunities and complete reports to continuously improve the guest experience.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year of food‑service experience.
- Valid work authorization in the United States.
Required skills
- ServSafe certification.
- TIPS certification.
