Tour Receptionist / Sales Admin

About the role

Join Holiday Inn Club Vacations as a Tour Receptionist/Sales Admin, providing professional support to the Resort Tour Reception, gifting, Kids Club, and sales functions. You will ensure smooth check‑in and departure processes while delivering a high‑quality experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all elements of the check‑in and departure process for the sales and marketing department.
• Verify marketing qualifications to ensure accurate tour assignments.
• Prepare and distribute departmental reports after management approval.
• Execute the gifting process for designated sales and marketing areas.
• Achieve personal and departmental objectives set by the Manager of Sales & Marketing Services.

Required profile

• Excellent computer and telephone skills.
• Proficiency with the Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks.
• Strong work ethic with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Well‑developed judgment, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
• Team‑player who contributes to departmental and company goals.
