Cook I – Restaurant R'evolution

About the role

The Cook I will work in the R'evolution restaurant, preparing meals for guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. You will be part of a dynamic hospitality team that values passionate service and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
• Store, zone, and rotate food items following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with daily inventory walks and maintain walk‑in and dry storage.
• Keep prep stations clean, organized, and properly set up for each shift.
• Communicate repair or maintenance needs to management.
• Support menu development and ensure new items follow the change‑checklist procedures.
• Deliver the GUEST service model: greet, use eye contact, anticipate needs, resolve issues, and thank guests.
• Perform additional duties across the hotel as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of cooking experience, preferably in fine‑dining environments.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking techniques.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and respect colleagues.
