RN - Endoscopy - PRN - Chabert Campus

About the role

This position serves as a leader in delivering patient care using the nursing process, adhering to the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code, and Scope & Standards of Practice. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes in the Endoscopy department on the Chabert Campus.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for patients, families, and interdisciplinary groups.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources, serving as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data and knowledge to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes.
• Embraces concepts that enhance customer satisfaction and employee morale.
• Adapts behavior to respect patient privacy and cultural diversity.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Certification in a clinical specialty area preferred.
• Proficiency in using computers, software, and web‑based applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
