Retirement Plan Counselor

About the role

As a Retirement Plan Counselor you will lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan market, partnering with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group relationships and drive business results with brokerage firm representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify firm and representative needs and coordinate efforts to serve those needs.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations to financial intermediaries.
• Collaborate with senior sales force members to uncover opportunities for better Plan Sponsor and investor outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven track record of sales success in mutual funds and retirement plan sales.
• Ability to build long‑term relationships and leverage technology for custom analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in the registered investment advisor space.

Required skills

• Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses (or equivalent).
• Professional designations such as AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, or CFA.
