Retail Supervisor – Full Time

About the role

This full‑time Retail Supervisor supports Levi's® store operations in Jackson, NJ, helping to drive sales and maintain brand integrity. The role involves leading the team during scheduled shifts and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed daily store sales and performance goals.
• Model sales performance for retail associates and coach employees on product knowledge.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts, make bank deposits, and manage inventory.
• Open and close the store, ensuring smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and retail experience.
• At least 1 year directing the work of others, with strong supervising, coaching and training skills.
• Energetic, positive interest in Levi Strauss & Co. and ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
