Retail Store Supervisor – Orlando Outlet

About the role

Join Levi’s® Outlet Store in Orlando International as a Supervisor, leading a high‑energy retail environment and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create a compelling store experience by engaging consumers, modeling service behaviors, and coaching associates on sales processes.
• Resolve consumer concerns proactively, partner with the store manager on elevated issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Train new hires and current employees on brand culture, product knowledge, loss prevention, and store procedures.
• Set expectations, coach staff, deliver performance feedback, and foster engagement and retention.
• Handle cash, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards.
• Collaborate with store management to meet or exceed sales and performance goals daily.
• Supervise the store team in the absence of other managers and ensure adherence to Levi’s® policies.

• Reliable transportation and high school diploma or GED preferred.
