Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor to join the management team at The Crossings Premium Outlets in Tannersville, PA. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to grow revenue.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing effective leadership.
• Manage daily store operations, maintaining efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach associates.
• Consistently meets or exceeds store and individual sales goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, move around the store, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.

Required skills

• Ability to follow Levi’s store policies, procedures and directives.
