Retail Store Manager

About the role

Join AT&T’s retail team in Kirkland and lead daily store operations, merchandising, and product launches while delivering an extraordinary customer experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager and a team of sales consultants to meet sales targets and promote AT&T services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including merchandising, product launches, and sales performance.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond the store.

Required profile

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience with strong planning, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.

Required skills

• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
• Understanding of industry trends in telecommunications.
