About the role

Join AT&T’s Retail team in Saint Augustine as a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant. You will guide customers to the right solutions, leveraging the latest technology while delivering an exceptional AT&T experience.

Key responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to help customers choose devices, plans, and services.
• Assist customers in‑store, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule covering peak hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Advanced fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills and a helpful, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to problem‑solve and go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer experiences.
