Senior Enterprise Account Director – South Georgia

About the role

Accelecom is seeking a full‑time exempt Senior Enterprise Account Director to drive sales within the Enterprise segment. The role emphasizes a consultative selling approach, superior customer service, and helping enterprise customers solve complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute robust vertical go‑to‑market and account plans across Healthcare, Transportation, Manufacturing, Logistics and Technology.
• Develop and implement account‑centric contact plans, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Sell transport solutions (dark fiber, wavelengths, Ethernet), IP solutions (IP Transit, DIA, DDoS), managed services (firewall, router, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN) and voice solutions (UCaaS, CCaaS).
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product and marketing teams to tailor solutions and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field with at least 5 years of telecom or data‑center sales experience.
• Hunter mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas.
• Strong analytical, financial acumen and ability to thrive in a start‑up environment while managing multiple deliverables.
