Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in‑store customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Create genuine connections by uncovering customer needs, demoing products, and suggesting suitable items.
• Drive enrollment and engagement in the rewards program on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Provide friendly, efficient cash‑wrap service, including ringing purchases and maintaining a clean checkout area.
• Support product replenishment, visual merchandising, floor‑set execution, window changes, and marketing placement.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, climbing ladders, and bending to maintain store appearance.
• Adhere to safety standards, store policies, and brand values at all times.
