Multi-Media Account Executive

About the role

Join Townsquare Media Group as a Multi-Media Account Executive and drive revenue for local businesses through a blend of broadcast, digital, and programmatic advertising solutions. This full‑time, on‑site role offers the chance to own a book of business, develop new client relationships, and expand existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data‑driven insights.
• Conduct in‑depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent the full portfolio of solutions, including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross‑sell and upsell to maximize client reach and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution and strategy.
• Partner with market leadership to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
