Customer Service Associate I

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate I to join our retail team and ensure every shopper enjoys a seamless experience. You will be the front‑line representative, handling transactions, assisting with product inquiries, and keeping the store organized and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, product recommendations, and resolve issues promptly.
• Process sales transactions accurately using assigned cash registers.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Receive, unload, and stock merchandise according to productivity standards.
• Keep the store well‑stocked, organized, and clean, including restroom upkeep and floor maintenance.
• Support a safe, respectful, and friendly environment for customers and team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar settings.
• Ability to lift 30‑50 lb and perform frequent walking, standing, and repetitive movements.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
