Retail Media Account Manager (Amazon & TikTok Shop)

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Media Account Manager to join our growing team in New York. The role is ideal for a junior‑to‑mid‑level professional with hands‑on experience in Amazon marketing and a solid understanding of TikTok Shop. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, driving performance across both marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize advertising strategies on Amazon (search, display, OTT) and TikTok Shop.
• Manage campaign performance, analyze data, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Maintain product detail pages, monitor inventory, and ensure smooth operations in Amazon Vendor/Seller Central and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns around events such as Prime Day, Cyber Monday, and TikTok Shop flash sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams for A/B testing, strategy enhancements, and continuous improvement.
• Support senior team members with new‑business pitches, account audits, and growth opportunity identification.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in Amazon Marketing Services or a similar marketplace environment.
• Hands‑on experience with TikTok Shop, including platform nuances and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client‑facing interactions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and troubleshoot issues in a fast‑paced setting.
