Retail Brand Ambassador – Weekend Sales Specialist

About the role

Join Renuity as a Retail Brand Ambassador and represent our home‑improvement products in stores, events, and tradeshows across the Tampa Bay area. This full‑time, weekend‑required position offers a pathway to sales or management careers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Renuity’s products and services to prospective and existing customers during in‑store marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows.
• Deliver engaging, face‑to‑face sales presentations highlighting product quality, installation expertise, and customer care.
• Maintain rotating shift availability, including weekends, with flexible start times from 9 am to 8 pm.

Required profile

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious, and comfortable speaking publicly.
• Outgoing, well‑spoken individual who thrives on human interaction.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Ability to present sales information clearly and confidently.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
