Retail Brand Ambassador – Full‑Time, Weekend Shifts

About the role

Renuity is seeking enthusiastic Retail Brand Ambassadors to represent its home‑improvement products in stores, events and trade shows across the Tampa Bay area. You will engage prospective and existing customers, showcase high‑quality solutions, and help them envision upgrades for their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Renuity’s products and services during in‑store marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows.
• Deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that highlight product quality, installation expertise, and customer care.
• Maintain a flexible schedule with required weekend availability and rotating shift patterns.
• Use the role as a stepping stone toward future management or sales leadership positions.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, performance‑driven mindset.
• Confidence speaking publicly and engaging with customers.
• Outgoing, well‑spoken individual who thrives on human interaction.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
