About the role

A growing organization that helps working families access supplemental benefits and financial protection solutions, through partnerships with labor unions, associations and credit unions, is hiring a fully remote Sales & Leadership Representative. Key responsibilities

• Meet clients virtually to review benefit options and identify their needs
• Build and maintain positive relationships through excellent customer service
• Take part in ongoing training and professional development programs
• Work with team leaders to reach performance goals
• Help onboard and mentor new team members as you grow within the organization
• Track activity and keep accurate client records
• Represent the company professionally and with integrity in all client interactions

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Sales, customer service, hospitality or leadership experience is helpful but not required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Required skills

• Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and basic computer applications
• Coachable in a performance-driven environment
