Remote Receptionist – AI Model Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our remote team focused on training AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve each model’s quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assign complex tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
• Evaluate the correctness and performance of AI‑generated content.
• Identify issues and suggest improvements to enhance model quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Expert‑level writing, editing, and language use.
• Applied research and fact‑checking abilities.
