About the role
HSBC is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Global Head of Leveraged and Acquisition Finance. The role provides comprehensive secretarial and administrative support while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Organise schedules, maintain diaries and arrange travel and accommodation.
- Prepare and submit complex team expense reports accurately and on time.
- Coordinate meetings, events, resources and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft presentations, reports and other key documents using Microsoft Office.
- Manage relationships with external service providers and regulatory stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the department.
- Ensure compliance with HSBC policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Strong administrative experience in a large professional environment.
- Excellent typing and communication skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Self‑directed with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Professional integrity and alignment with HSBC values.
