Remote Patient Scheduler – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Patient Scheduler to support a U.S.-based healthcare team during night‑shift hours. The role is fully remote, aligned with U.S. business hours, and focuses on coordinating patient appointments, handling changes, and maintaining accurate scheduling records.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, including changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and healthcare staff via phone and email.
• Maintain up‑to‑date scheduling records and patient information in internal systems.
• Monitor appointment availability and staff schedules to optimize workflow.
• Provide timely follow‑up on scheduling issues and ensure excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience, preferably in healthcare, medical, ABA, or behavioral‑health settings.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work independently during U.S. night‑shift hours.
• Stable employment history and a commitment to a long‑term remote position.

Required skills

• Experience with scheduling software.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
