Hormone Health Provider (MD/DO) – Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking MD or DO physicians to join our Hormone Health practice, providing Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), thyroid care and medication management to patients in a patient‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history, physical exam and diagnostic tests.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and prescribe nutraceuticals or medications.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide counseling and education on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Stay current with research and clinical trials in functional, integrative and lifestyle medicine.

Required profile

• MD or DO with concentration in Functional Medicine, Hormone Health, Anti‑Aging or Lifestyle Medicine.
• Formal training and experience in BHRT strongly preferred.
• Active Illinois medical license and DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• Availability to work at least 16‑20 hours per week, including evening shifts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and a patient‑first attitude.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.
