Remote Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Liberty Mutual is seeking motivated, people‑focused individuals to join our Inside Sales team on a remote basis. You will receive comprehensive training, licensing support, and tools to help customers find the right insurance solutions while working from home or a flexible office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, providing expert advice on insurance products.
• Assess customer needs and match appropriate coverages, policies, and benefits.
• Convert qualified leads into policyholders and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
