About the role

Join Lehigh Valley Health Network as a Registered Nurse on a flexible schedule, providing professional nursing care to designated patients in a high‑performing, Magnet‑recognized health system.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with facility policies and ANA standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs and optimize outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education throughout the treatment course and support transitions of care.
• Participate in evidence‑based practice, quality improvement, and research projects.
• Teach, mentor, and precept new colleagues and interns as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Basic computer skills and ability to organize and prioritize patient care assignments.
• Successful completion of unit‑specific orientation and competency assessments.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
