Registered Dental Assistant

About the role

Join a rapidly growing pediatric dental office where every day offers a unique experience. As a Registered Dental Assistant you will support dentists, ensure a safe and clean environment, and educate young patients on oral health.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize instruments and set up trays for procedures.
• Maintain and test equipment such as sterilizers and x‑ray units.
• Perform lab tasks including pouring models.
• Instruct patients in oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Chart exam findings and update patient records.
• Keep operatory and laboratory clean, orderly, and well‑stocked.

Required profile

• Passion for working with children.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed Registered Dental Assistant with an X‑ray license.
• Available to work two Saturdays per month.

Required skills

• Familiarity with dental terminology, materials, and instruments.
• Instrument sterilization procedures.
• Operation of dental x‑ray equipment.
• Dental charting software usage.
