Associate Therapist

About the role

Clear Behavioral Health is seeking an Associate Therapist to provide professional mental health services in an outpatient setting. You will deliver individual and group therapy, develop treatment plans, and support clients from admission through discharge.

Key responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual psychotherapy and lead group therapy sessions based on client needs.
• Manage up to 25 client-facing service hours per week and complete administrative duties.
• Conduct suicide risk assessments and create Crisis Safety Plans for at‑risk clients.
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings, create and update treatment plans, and ensure documentation deadlines are met.
• Facilitate a safe recovery environment, model healthy boundaries, and assist in training and mentoring other therapists.

Required profile

• Registered Therapist status (e.g., AMFT, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) with a Master’s degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience focusing on adult mental health.
