Dental Treatment Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our rapidly growing pediatric dental practice. You will work directly with children, their parents, and our dental team to ensure smooth treatment planning and financial arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Discuss treatment plans, options, benefits, and financial arrangements with patients and guardians.
• Prepare, present, and educate patients on dental treatment plan options.
• Offer alternative payment methods and educate patients on healthy oral hygiene.

Required profile

• MUST ENJOY WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
• Customer service and sales experience with an upbeat personality.
• Motivated and ambitious to grow within the company.

Required skills

• Familiarity with electronic billing systems.
• Knowledge of PPO, HMO, and dental insurance plans.
• Ability to communicate well with children and parents.
• Knowledge of Dentrix (preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
