Regional Support Supervisor - St. Louis Market

About the role

The Regional Support Supervisor for the St. Louis market provides essential administrative, operational and customer‑service support to branch offices, leaders and agents. Acting as the first point of escalation, the supervisor ensures workflow continuity, coverage across offices and delivers coaching to Regional Support Specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for questions and issues across the pod.
• Manage RSS workflow, employee absences and daily huddles.
• Coach and develop Regional Support Specialists.
• Liaise with Branch Managers and support RSS leadership with performance feedback.
• Oversee compliance matters and lead special projects as needed.
• Maintain office organization, supplies, mail distribution and greet visitors.
• Provide white‑glove service to agents and clients, assist with technology and process inquiries, and support onboarding activities.
• Process agent transactions, ensure timely commission payments, scan checks, and follow up on missing documentation.
• Enter and update data in MLS and Transaction Manager, review systems such as Trident and OnBase, and resolve related issues.
• Assist Branch Leaders with promotional items, sales meetings and new‑agent support.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in an administrative or support environment.
• Strong organizational and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for liaison with managers, agents and internal partners.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the St. Louis market.
• Ability to manage compliance and handle multiple priorities.
