Regional Sales Manager (CA, OR, & WA)

About the role

Drive new Residential HVAC sales through the plumbing and HVAC wholesale distribution channel across California, Oregon, and Washington. Manage manufacturer’s rep agencies, expand share of wallet with current distributors, and develop new business partners for the Bosch portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with reps, wholesalers, contractors, architects and engineers in the assigned territory.
• Conduct sales calls in a wholesale distribution environment, representing the product line to wholesalers and assisting them in presenting Bosch products to contractors.
• Manage reps in the territory and ensure adherence to wholesale pricing fundamentals and marketing programs.
• Provide training and education to builders, contractors, architects and engineers on the product line.
• Plan and participate in trade shows and other marketing and sales initiatives in the region.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years proven experience selling technology‑based products in a B2B marketplace.
• 5+ years experience calling on contractors with strong industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to support a growing account base while increasing sales year over year.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
