Regional Income Development Executive

About the role

Zurich Insurance is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to drive Finance & Insurance (F&I) sales across the Atlanta territory, which includes Georgia and possibly neighboring states. The role is remote‑first, allowing you to work from home while supporting local automotive dealers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with existing and new large franchised automotive dealers.
• Generate referrals and new F&I business opportunities through regular dealer visits and training.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email, intranet and newsletters.
• Attend conferences, seminars and training events to promote Zurich’s offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of sales experience, or high school diploma with 4 years of sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques and terminology.
• Experience in dealership training and familiarity with automotive technology is preferred.

Required skills

• Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple dealer accounts.
• Basic understanding of all Finance & Insurance products and warranty claim terminology.
