Part‑Time Store Supervisor – Retail

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to join the management team at its Lenox Square location in Atlanta. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence while embodying the brand’s values of originality, integrity, and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing effective leadership and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach associates.
• Compliance with Levi’s policies and ability to follow management directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, move around the store, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
