About the role
Join Reiss’s concession inside Macy’s at Lenox Mall as a part‑time Sales Associate. You will deliver premium customer service and support the management team in meeting sales and operational targets.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, tailored customer service experience.
- Provide in‑depth knowledge of the Reiss brand and products.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
- Maintain visual standards and act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador.
Required profile
- Passion for premium or luxury products.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
