Recruiting Manager (Technology) - King of Prussia

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager (Technology) in King of Prussia, PA. The role combines business development with the placement of technology professionals, and involves building a client base and expanding the use of the firm's services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Introduce services to new and existing clients through video, telephone and in-person meetings to expand their use of the firm's services
• Recruit, evaluate and place technology professionals in full-time positions with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Participate in industry trade associations to strengthen the firm's presence in the local technology community

Required profile

• A business-related degree; a degree in technology is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in technology and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to leverage technology experience to manage and grow the business
