Recruiting Manager, Marketing & Creative

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager for its marketing and creative practice in Westwood. The role combines business development with the recruitment and placement of marketing and creative professionals in full-time positions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Introduce services to new and existing clients through video, telephone and in-person meetings to expand their use of the firm's services
• Recruit, evaluate and place marketing and creative professionals in full-time positions with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Participate in industry trade associations to strengthen the firm's presence in the local community

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred; a major in Marketing, Design or IT desired
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, advertising, public relations or creative design, and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to leverage legal experience to manage and grow the business

What we offer

• Salary range of $70,304 to $72,000, negotiable depending on experience and location, with eligibility for a bonus based on performance objectives
