Practice Director, Business Development (Marketing & Creative)

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Practice Director for its Marketing & Creative practice in Westwood. The role leads business generation, sets direction for direct reports, takes part in recruiting new hires and communicates across all levels of the organization. The total headcount is up to 4, including the practice director.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain above-average performance metrics and drive revenue-generating activities and practice group performance
• Manage time, plan and multi-task, make quality decisions and meet productivity standards for self and staff
• Attract and source talent, train, develop and retain staff, and achieve pricing goals
• Recognize and act on business trends quickly, and build customer retention and expansion strategies
• Communicate clearly, promote collaboration, motivate and lead by example, and resolve issues with staff, clients and candidates
• Build trust, respect and credibility, support an inclusive environment and follow through on commitments

Required profile

• 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management experience, or equivalent
• Proven performance in a talent manager or director role
• Demonstrated success in business generation and business development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, databases and other technology systems

What we offer

• Salary range of $68,640 to $75,000, negotiable, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus
