Recruiting Manager - Accounting & Finance Placements

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Recruiting Manager in Bridgewater, NJ. The role focuses on growing the client base and new business, and on recruiting, evaluating and placing accounting and finance professionals in full-time positions with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Introduce services to new and existing clients through video, telephone and in-person meetings to expand their use of the services
• Recruit, evaluate and place accounting and finance professionals in full-time positions with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Take part in industry trade associations to strengthen the firm's presence in the local community

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally finance or accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
• Proven track record of success, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency
• Ability to leverage experience to manage and grow the business

What we offer

• Salary range of $48,000-$88,000 annually
