Talent Manager - Finance & Accounting

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Talent Manager in Bridgewater, NJ. Talent Managers work in a team and negotiate and develop business with new and current clients, marketing the firm's services through telephone, video and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers in accounting and finance departments.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and match highly skilled finance and accounting professionals to clients' projects, contract assignments and contract-to-full-time opportunities.
• Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates.
• Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates.
• Take part in local trade association and networking events to grow Robert Half's presence in the local business community.

Required profile

• Finance or accounting degree preferred.
• 1+ years of finance or accounting experience preferred.
• 2+ years of business development experience in a metrics-driven environment, including success developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision-maker setting.
• Prior success marketing to and closing top-level decision-makers at small and medium-sized businesses and building long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of finance or accounting department operations.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with contact management applications such as Salesforce.

• Salary range of $50,000-$85,000 annually, with bonus pay for talent professional positions.
