Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner – Full‑Cycle Recruiting & Sourcing

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across multiple business units of a global technology company. The role combines full‑cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, and interview coordination to deliver qualified candidate slates.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and design targeted search strategies.
• Source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates, present slates, and manage interview scheduling, travel logistics and offer letters.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings in the ATS/HRIS (Workday) and generate reports.
• Drive diversity recruiting and ensure compliance with legal hiring practices.

Required profile

• 3‑10 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination or sourcing.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume interview scheduling and full‑cycle recruiting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
