Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Milwaukee, WI)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage full‑life‑cycle hiring for industrial, warehouse and manufacturing positions in the Milwaukee area. The role will be based onsite in West Allis and will involve partnering with hiring managers to attract and select top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑life‑cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Bullhorn).
• Maintaining accurate candidate records in the Vendor Management System (Fieldglass/Beeline).
• Partnering with hiring managers to ensure fair and equitable assessment and selection processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
• Adaptability to shifting and ambiguous scenarios.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS and VMS platforms such as Bullhorn, Workday, Beeline, Fieldglass.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish.
