Kelly Services is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team in Canandaigua, NY. You will manage the full life‑cycle recruiting process for a variety of industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing positions, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain consistent, fair selection practices.
• Utilize job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn applicant tracking system to attract and screen both passive and active candidates.
• Maintain compliance with client on‑site dress code and other site‑specific policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and adaptability skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
• Effective use of job boards and online sourcing tools.
