Recruiter – Full‑cycle hiring for operational roles

About the role

Our client is looking for a dedicated Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for high‑volume operational positions such as housekeepers, cleaners, and security staff. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the Brooklyn office and the rest remote, offering a fast‑paced environment where you will work independently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for housekeeping, cleaning, security, and related roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and proactive outreach.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through each hiring stage.
• Post job openings and maintain active talent pipelines.
• Schedule interviews and communicate consistently with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track recruiting metrics and handle administrative hiring tasks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and fill positions efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous recruiting experience, specifically hiring housekeepers, cleaners, security staff, or similar field‑based roles.
• Ability to work independently as the sole recruiter.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple openings simultaneously.
