Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a people‑focused Recruiter who will partner with hiring managers to connect talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding, while ensuring a professional and engaging experience for every candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring goals and role requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates across a variety of functions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide guidance on market trends, recruitment strategies, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate hiring reports.
• Represent the company’s values and employer brand throughout the recruitment journey.
• Support initiatives such as campus hiring, employee referrals, job fairs, and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and lasting relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative and solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
