About the role

We are looking for a friendly Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to manage front‑office communications and provide essential administrative support to our management team.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, take messages and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Maintain general filing systems and keep vendor files up to date.
  • Order and manage office supplies as needed.
  • Review purchase requisitions and create purchase orders for approved items.

Required profile

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using fax machines and standard office equipment.
