About the role
We are looking for a friendly Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to manage front‑office communications and provide essential administrative support to our management team.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, take messages and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
- Maintain general filing systems and keep vendor files up to date.
- Order and manage office supplies as needed.
- Review purchase requisitions and create purchase orders for approved items.
Required profile
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using fax machines and standard office equipment.
