RCIS Crop Claims Operations Analyst

About the role

Zurich is seeking a RCIS Crop Claims Operations Analyst to join its Rural Community Insurance Services team. This remote position supports crop insurance claim processing across the United States, providing technical analysis, database management, and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain claim databases, perform data entry, reporting, and generate Documented Evidence of Review reports.
• Support operational best practices, ensure compliance with reporting requirements, and act as liaison with the Call Center for claim assignments.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Utilize platforms such as Coupa, Drone operations, Hi Marley, DocuSign, SharePoint, and ServiceNow to support ordering, documentation, and service requests.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with 3+ years clerical/office experience, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 1+ year experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple recurring and ad‑hoc responsibilities and provide guidance to team members.
