Quality Network, Transfer & New Product Commercialization Lead

About the role

The Quality Network, Transfer & New Product Commercialization Lead is responsible for developing and executing the quality strategy for new product commercialization and transfers across the value chain, providing leadership from late development through launch and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and implement the Quality and Product Quality analytical strategy for NPCs and transfers.
• Provide quality leadership through commercialization, inspection readiness, launch and lifecycle management.
• Drive network strategy, optimal testing approaches, and efficient use of analytical platforms and workforce.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, EU GMP regulations and Animal Health Quality standards.
• Partner with global functions such as Transfer teams, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory Affairs and others.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, pharmacy, biology, veterinary or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 7 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry with biologics, including operations manufacturing or quality.
• Knowledge of USDA and EU GMP regulations and continuous improvement certification (green belt preferred).
• Strong project management, communication and influencing abilities.

• Salary range $142,400 – $224,100 per year.
