QA Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a resilient and adaptable QA Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team. The role focuses on ensuring software quality and reliability through rigorous testing of product changes and improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on product changes and improvements.
• Identify, document, and track defects, verify fixes, and retest as needed.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand changes, align priorities, and communicate testing status.
• Support other QA team members, investigate issues, and handle ad‑hoc testing requests.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and manual test cases for release testing.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a QA role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and the software development life cycle.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QA tools and defect tracking systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with web testing.
