Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to support our purchasing, inventory, and logistics operations. The role is fully remote and requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders.
• Work directly with suppliers to place and track orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Book and track inbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate pricing, purchasing, and inventory records.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Learn and adapt to new systems and processes as required.
• Assist with inventory reporting and stock management activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or buying.
• Experience with accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
• Strong communication skills.
