About the role
We are seeking a reliable Part‑Time Forklift Operator to join our Chicago service centre. You will safely move freight in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 ft long, working on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to load and unload freight from trailers.
- Handle various types of freight while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records by reading and processing manifests.
- Interact with computer displays for load tracking and documentation.
Required profile
- Physical ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
- Dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous forklift experience, preferably in a high‑volume LTL setting.
Required skills
- Forklift operation.
