Team CDL Class A Truck Driver – $140k-$160k

About the role

Join a dedicated team of Class A drivers who enjoy a 5‑day on‑road schedule with 2 days at home each week. You will operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers, moving freight between R+L Carriers service centers and turn‑point locations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver van or double trailers up to 53 feet.
• Transport freight safely and on schedule between service centers.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report issues.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A license with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A experience in the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition qualification).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physically able to bend, lift, and stoop as needed.
• Dependable and safety‑focused.
